I can't say that I have an answer for you but I recall someone about a year ago or so having the same type of issue and it ended up being an issue with the companies firewall blocking it for some reason or other. Sorry but I can't recall exactly why the firewall was blocking it either.
Might be something to check into, maybe there is an update for their firewall?
