[Moo] When is 1.3.1 going to be released?

Hey all,

We've been waiting on already-fixed bugs for 4+ months now. It seems like 
it's time to ship 1.3.1 and put the remaining bugs into 1.3.2. Mootools more 
also seems like it needs to get pushed.

What's holding us up? What can I do?
