[Moo] Help with code

[the newbie]

Hi, I am just learning and was trying to put something different for
the navigation, I have a div toggle over another div that contains the
navigation, when the user clicks on the div the navigation is
revealed. The problem I am having is that I have a dropdown menu in
the navigation div and it is not working because of the div that is
hiding it, thanks so much for any advice, this is probably really
simple but I just don't see it at the moment
