I'm having some problems with my wife's website (I did not write it and I am unable to contact the developer... but I do maintain the site and do all the CSS/HTML tweaks and the csv file edits, but I am not a seasoned developer by any stretch) ;-)
I was hoping someone here may be able to give me some ideas about how to fix it, or willing to take it on to debug? Here's the problem description: - if I go to http://www.jennifergardner.com/?page=Portfolio and click on any of the 'Themes' (galleries) on the left menu they do not work with Windows/Internet Explorer; the page itself loads, but the gallery flashes once then the page is left completely blank. The galleries all work fine with Safari and Firefox on Mac, with Firefox on Linux and with Firefox on Windows, but I have had 4 people try using Internet Explorer and none of them can get it to work, despite changing many different preference settings in IE. I've heard from one person that it "kinda works with IE", but not sure exactly what 'kinda works' means… :-( I have even tried to pare back the csv file that the galleries point to, to 40 entries and it makes no difference (ruling out that it was the galleries were too large). I understand that the developer used MooTools, MooFlow and MilkBox for the galleries (themes): http://www.outcut.de/MooFlow/example-milkbox-bridge.html Thanks in advance for any help or guidance... I'm way past my comfort zone on this one...
