According to the IE9 console:

SCRIPT5022: DOM Exception: INVALID_CHARACTER_ERR (5)
mootools-1.2-core.js, line 105 character 71

According to a quick search on this error, SO says:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5344029/invalid-character-dom-exception-in-ie9

I see the site is using MT 1.2. Probably one of the core developers can
answer this more appropriately, but 1.2 may have some known issues with
IE9+. Maybe upgrading to the late(r|st) version of MT will address this? Of
course, you'd probably have to update the other libraries as well. Sorry I
don't have the solution, but knowing the actual issue/error will hopefully
help you!

Happy coding,
~Philip
