Perhaps they will.  Perhaps they would have anyway whether there was a
lawsuit or not. Given that Paypal is owned by ebay, it wouldn't
surprise me.  I haven't read the details of what the naughty was that
Paypal did to encourage people to sue them, but I do know that when
Sothebys was sued for their naughties, MovieArt got back class action
settlements of over $5000.  I was surprised, because I didn't calculate
it closely and I did not think we had done that much business with
them.  So if you are a big Paypal user, it might behoove you to follow
this lead of Ms. Weaver and fill out those forms, send them in, and get
your decoder ring!
