I received this as well. I forwarded it to the Spoof Paypal address. They answered me but I didn't get a chance to look before I came to work.
I will be able to see their answer on the subject when I go home a little over two hours from now (9:00 PM Central time US). I'll check the answer from Paypal and report it to the list right away.
