Do you have even one clue that not all people are just like you and may do things 
differently?  It's called "diversity".

What would you have done if there had been no associates to take over some percentage 
of your operations?  What if you had no secretary to keep you on top of the phone 
calls and correspondence?  Not everyone may be able to carry on in difficult 
situations if they only have themselves to rely on.

If you take the time to walk in another man's shoes, you'll get much further.
