Fred I just happened to have a customer purchase a lobby card from my eBay store this morning only to later email me and ask what format the video was in. She also complained that it took me one hour from the time she purchased the item on eBay to get back to her with a shipping cost. I guess some people think that sellers are chained to their computer 24 hours a day and never sleep. I don't think I could have been clearer in the description with not the slightest indication of a video or DVD and yet the buyer still carried on regardless thinking it was a video. I get this at least once a month and it wouldnt be that much of a problem if eBay made it easier to claim commission fees back but the process is time consuming and a pain.
