Interesting. I just battled with those s*bs to get my 16mm John Wayne for Ronald Reagan for CA Governor tv ad listed. They initially removed it because I dared to use the words "no rights given or implied" in the listing. So much for the old days, I remember when that was a standard (albeit likely useless) disclaimer in all ads in Big Reel and MCW for prints.
After about 3 days of pointless autoresponders I finally got them to tell me that the offending language was the reason it was removed and, if I took out the blasphemy, I'd be allowed to relist. Well, I did and so far so good, it's still around.
So much for the artificial "intelligence" they seem to use to police their site...
