Hi. This is very discouraging. I was earlier considering setting up a
phone bid line for this auction, but after reading this, I'm glad I
didn't. Instead, I'm using the Heritage Live online bidding software (NOT
through eBay!). It's worked great so far; I've gotten several beautiful
pieces including both the Detour and Gun Crazy onesheets. It also worked
fine for me during the last Heritage signature auction. All you need is a
fast computer with Java installed, and a broadband internet connection.
You also get to see each lot as it's auctioned, as well as an updated list
of the next lots coming up. And the BP is the standard 15%, not 20% which
you pay if bidding through ebay. If you can't be there in person, this is
the way to go.
