Yes, exactly, this piece for whatever reason seems to go for
around $500 at auction. The poster doesn't seem to generate as
much interest as many of Brown's other pieces, despite it being for
one of the most thoughtful and technically proficient of the 50s
sci-fi films. It's one of my favorites, and I would like to
acquire this poster at some point. In fact I would have taken
this one when he was offering it at $600, except that I wanted to use
paypal for this particular purchase, and he doesn't accept it.
And then when he offered it again at a higher price; well, from then
on it was just humorous.
