It's obvious that there are many perfectly valid reasons for 'watching' an auction. Here's one more:
The easiest way to set up a bid list in the autosnipe program Auction Sentry is to add each item to your ebay watch list as you come across them (one click), and then later instruct Auction Sentry to batch add all your ebay watched items to it's own bid list (2 clicks). If you bid on many items and prefer to snipe (that is, prefer to win), this is the most efficient technique that I've found. BTW, one of the significant limitations of MoPoBid (for me) is that no sniping software or website supports it (to my knowledge).
