Next time a "Rod Morgan" e-mail comes in, highlight the message and then go to the Message tab (between Tools and Help) on the top bar of Outlook Express. Drag it down until you come to "Block Sender." Then click and follow directions. No more Rod Morgan e-mails. Like magic.
