May I add to Michael's post:
1. The estimates are ridiculous. For example: Heart
of New York is a re-release of Hallelujah I'm A Bum from the
1930's. This poster sells from $50 to $300 on ebay from time to
time. Kamelot has an estimate of $1200 to $1800 and does not state
it is a re-release.
2. there is a 20 % (YES 20 per
cent) buyers premium added to your bid
3. My favorite is as follows: "Neither we, nor the
consignor are responsible for the accuracy of any printed or verbal
descriptions." The pictures are poor with borders cropped. Key
Largo looks like it has tape stains in the lower left corner. The descriptions
are skimpy and the accuracy is not vouched for as per the description's
disclaimer.
