his three "Bruce's rules" are what is, first and

outlining what kind of payment is acceptable? Maybe that's

to adhere to three strategic talking points, points that never
change and have been printed and re-printed at every town hall
meeting, press release and broadcast even when Ebay discovered
weapons of unfair competition. The disconnect is
staggering.
1. They must be 100% honest with every
consignor. NO hidden fees, NO buying their items secretly and then
re-auctioning them, etc.
2. They must be 100%
honest with every buyer. Every item must be accurately described,
securely packed, and shipped promptly. They must offer a "no questions
asked" refund on every item.
3. They must offer a
long term contract to Phillip Wages, my number one employee (eMoviePoster.com
would not be eMoviePoster.com without Phillip)!
Aren't there a couple
of rules missing.... may I?
4. Auction
must embrace every centrally intelligent agent, every
trick of internet sleight of hand that while technically
legal undermine the trumpeted tenants behind rules #1 and #2. The
growing insurgency of bidding which mysteriously finds his
listings leaping towards their normal retail usually by
the eve of his auction's completion giving them the appearance
of auction gerrymandering unique to his listings alone while every one
else make efforts to observe the articles of convention.
5. They must be absolutely

operations. Ignore the claim but destroy the credibility of

just a swift boat ride to bid blocking and any access to the office
of this President. Is it a surprise to anyone

However in fairness,
