Actually I've enjoyed reading the replies to this question. Sure beats an
endless parade of eBay announcements (no offense meant to you eBay'ers!).

Since many of us in this community are "aging baby-boomers" (don't you just
hate that description?) learning about everyone's "first poster" takes me
back to a different place and time--One with a lot less stress and much
lower poster prices. :)  This "first poster" question does also open up the
discussion about how you got into collecting, even if its not overtly
stated--so what's wrong with that?

I'm surprised at you, JR. :)

Now let's return to those wonderful eBay ads....
