Yes, the rumors are true... after two years of operating www.MoviePosterBid.com, I am bowing out -- recently some new commitments have come up in my life which will mean that I won't be able to continue running the movie poster auction site myself. But several people have expressed an interest in purchasing the site, so after a bit of thought I decided the only fair and appropriate thing to do is to auction off the ownership of the site -- and, of course, hold the auction on MPB itself.
I thought about holding the auction on eBay, but just couldn't bring myself to do it. The past two years have been fun, educational and, yeah, also frustrating on a few occasions.
