Does this mean that someone was going to fradulently sell an item he did not have (using your listing), or that he had another one and was using your info to save himeself some time? Either way, this should be strictly forbidden.

hello all
I got an email today warning me that someone had stolen both my image and description of an Invisible Man Realart insert.
this is my listing:
http://cgi.ebay.com/INVISIBLE-MAN-1933-Realart-51-Insert-Poster-Universal_W0QQitemZ7615549733QQcategoryZ2319QQssPageNameZWD1VQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

this is the other listing:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7027842782&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

Is there any easy procedure with ebay to pur an end to this sort of thing?
