Hey Alan,   There are a couple of ways I use. I sandwich the actual card between two pieces of foamcore that is about one inch bigger than the card all the way around. Then I cut four pieces of cardboard (which is cheaper than foamcore) the same size, approximately 16x24, making sure the corrugation of the cardboard is vertical so it can't bend. I use the cardboard as a sandwich for the "sandwiched card between foamcore". Then ship. If the card is extremely valuable, I sandwich it between the foamcore, put some bubblewrap around that and put the whole thing inside a bit bigger box. Sometimes I even put the card in a plastic bag first before sandwiching (all this talk about sandwiches is making me hungry!!)
