this is a common practice of fraud..................
check the question that was asked on one on my items wherein the potential
bidder seeks info. we have seen this reported on MOPO. this scammer
registered just yesterday, and has zero feedback. i reported it to
ebay......

blocked him from bidding, and reported this to ebay. CLEARLY A SCAM.
