This CHRIS FORBES really knows how to get around.
He was in Garden City,KS a few years ago selling on eBay and offering bulk deals over the internet & taking everybody to the cleaners.
He goes way back to Movie Collectors World in the early 1990's - he ran a company called Frankly Scarlet out of Augusta,GA and stiffed quite a few buyers.
