I have received some private e-mails telling me that it was pretty
low of me to capitalize on a MoPo member's misfortune (he was caught
with his hand in the "wildly mis-described item" cookie jar) by using
that opportunity to "cleverly" market my current 623 three-sheets and
six-sheets I have on eBay ending TONIGHT (August 15th, starting at
around 7 PM CST).
I have thought long and hard about this, and I have to admit that
that I indeed WAS wrong to "shamlessly self-promote" my items in this
way, and that it WAS "pretty low" of me. BUT DOING THIS WAS NOT
NEARLY AS LOW AS THE LOW, LOW, PRICES ON MY CURRENT 623 THREE-SHEETS
AND SIX-SHEETS!
Right now, there are (with just hours to go) THIRTY of the
three-sheets and six-sheets still at just 99 cents each(!), 65 still
under $4 each, and 135 still under $6 each. And if you look through
the items that are over $6 (which truly DOES include tons of
excellent titles), you will find LOTS and LOTS of them where you
will gasp and say, "How can THAT still be so LOW?", or "Mother of
Mercy, is THIS the end of the movie poster hobby?".
Remember that I only charge $5.50 U.S. shipping for orders under $20,
no matter how many items you buy. So you conceivably could buy TWENTY
99 cent three-sheets and six-sheets and pay just $19.80, plus $5.50
shipping for all!
