Earl If you havent already done so you should file Non Paying Bidder forms for each item. If the bidder doesnt reply then I believe that eBays new feedback policy should automatically remove the negatives. Regards John

In some cases, we can remove Feedback, but only if the comment meets the requirements for removal under our Feedback Abuse, Withdrawal & Removal policy. We've reviewed the Feedback that you asked about and determined that it doesn't meet the removal requirement as outlined in the policy If these deliberate actions doe not meet E-Bay's criteria for removing negative feedback, what on earth does??!! Further, E-Bay has yet to suspend this member for his actions!! The saga continues....
