last week, someone posted a question about removing tape and/or tape residue
stains from posters. i did not see one response to this question. years ago,
this would have generated huge responses.
i have an insert that i acquired a couple of months ago with 3 stains of tape
residue (which i knew about when bidding). the stains did not bother me; i
framed the poster.....and love it. (it is hitchcock's ROPE.) yet, i was
waiting to hear comments about tape stains because if it is an easy fix.......
are we all talked out here? i doubt if anyone searches the MOPO archives,
where this has been addressed often, previously
also, should there be responses, i have a half sheet with 2 grease stains in
the white border. suggestions?
am I correct in stating that bleaching should NEVER be done by amateurs?
