We are posting this to MoPo because, as of right now, there are an AMAZING
number of "joke" low prices on our current Tuesday auctions (CLOSING TOMORROW
ON JULY 10th), and we KNOW that MoPo has many dealers and collectors who can't
resist great deals! Right now, there are still THIRTEEN LINENBACKED POSTERS in
our auctions ending tonight that are NINETY NINE CENTS each (WHICH TRULY IS
INSANE!), THIRTY-THREE LINENBACKED POSTERS under $5 each (WHICH IS ONLY
SLIGHTLY LESS INSANE!) 59 are still under $10 each, 100 are under $15 each, and
125 are under $20 each! Now I don't expect prices to stay anywhere near the
above prices, but I bet at least a few of these will go for REALLY low amounts!

Of course, $20 each (or much less) is WAY under the cost of just linenbacking
them! AND OF COURSE THERE ARE ALSO LOTS OF REALLY FIRST RATE TITLES CLOSING
TOMORROW AS WELL, AND MANY OF THOSE ARE WAY "UNDER THE MONEY", SO, FOR RIGHT
NOW, THERE ARE LOTS OF DEALS OUT THERE ON THOSE TOO!

What is in Part II of our Summer Mini/Major Auction that closes TUESDAY, July
10th on eBay?
385 linenbacked posters from 26 countries, plus some special U.S. posters that
are not one-sheets (plus 8 very special non-backed items at the start of our
listings), all currently on eBay ending TUESDAY, July 10th beginning around 7
PM CST! Read more about these great items below, or go see them right now
(with large thumbnails and links to these great auctions on eBay for easy
bidding) in our
<http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/currentauctions.php>Tuesday Auction
Gallery!
What are some of the best items in this current Tuesday auction? At the
very start of the auction, we have a Japanese poster from Rashomon, the most
classic of Kurosawa movies! This is a special "countryside" poster, likely
issued for use outside the main cities. There is no way of guaranteeing when
it is from. It could well be from 1950, the first year of release, or it might
be from a year later, or it could conceivably be from several years later, and
no one seems to for sure, so the buyer of this never-before-seen poster (which
has a great image of Mifune, totally different from that of the regular
Japanese poster, which is incredibly rare) will have to live with that
uncertainty!
The auction continues with a great collection of four Dirty Harry items!
One is a never-before-seen life-size standee, a SIGNED insert, a half-sheet,
and a French one-panel! Next are never-before-seen special posters from the
1980 Flash Gordon and the Cinerama release of The Wonderful World of the
Brothers Grimm!
Next are three great oversized movie posters from silent all-black cast
movies! Next are 20 linenbacked three-sheets, including some really great
titles like All Night Long (starring Harry Langdon, written by Frank Capra!),
Charade, Black Sleep, Giant Behemoth, Golden Boy, Isn't Life Terrible (solo
Oliver Hardy!), My Fair Lady, The Misfits, Samson & Delilah, Screaming Skull,
and Voodoo Woman!
There are some excellent half-sheets and inserts including Bus Stop, Key
Largo, The Killing, Loving You, and Konga, along with a few special U.S.
posters!
Next we have linenbacked posters from 26 other countries including The Lone
Ranger Australian one-sheet, New Adventures of Batman and Robin Argentinean,
Day the Earth Stood Still Danish, Funny Face Belgian and Swedish, Bishop's Wife
Argentinean, Terminator Czech, The Fly Belgian, The Searchers Australian,
French, and Argentinean, Invasion of the Saucer Men Swedish, and much, MUCH
more!
The auction includes seven really cool circus posters (old rare ones!),
plus three war posters, plus a travel poster.

BUYING FROM US THIS WEEK IS A WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY TO GET GREAT BARGAINS!
Because every single poster is linenbacked (except for eight special items at
the start of the auction), the vast majority of the items we are selling have
had from $50 to $300 of restoration and linenbacking spent on them (depending
on the size of the poster, and how much restoration they required), and yet a
fair number of these posters will sell for UNDER the cost of the linenbacking,
and some will sell for a FRACTION of the linenbacking cost!
Plus, buying linenbacked posters from us is one of the few ways you can buy
already backed posters, and KNOW for certain that the posters do not have
"hidden" restoration, or are overgraded, or are poorly restored where you only
learn of it AFTER you receive the poster! This is because we give an exact
overall condition grade, a description of the poster's pre-restoration defects,
and a great "super-sized" image of every item we are selling this week!
All of this week's linenbacked posters were already linenbacked when I
received them, but I have sold literally many thousands of linenbacked posters,
and I believe I know how to look for "hidden" restoration better than anyone
else in the hobby, and I describe everything that was done to the poster, along
with the quality of the work. Far too many sellers of linenbacked posters fail
to see the restoration their posters have had, either intentionally or because
they lack the ability to see it. When you buy a linenbacked poster from us,
there is NO chance you will get an unpleasant surprise when you receive your
purchase (although you may well be pleasantly surprised, especially if you have
purchased from "major" auction houses that usually "optimistically" grade most
of their restored posters). Of course, our large and super-sized UNENHANCED
images will also help you better know the exact condition of each poster BEFORE
you place a bid (and we NEVER enhance any image !
in any way, including NEVER giving a slightly "fuzzy" image that hides many
tiny defects)!
Finally, note that we are solely selling linenbacked "NON-ONE-SHEETS" this
week. Last week, we sold 365 linenbacked U.S. one-sheet posters. This week
concludes our Summer Mini/Major auction, and we will not sell any more
linenbacked posters for several months.

What is in our Thursday night auctions that close THURSDAY July 12th on eBay?
Please note that we did not add any new stills to eBay last night! This is
because we are in the middle of our Summer all linen sale, and we were just too
busy to list stills last night (Thursday). However, we will list another
excellent group of stills NEXT Thursday. We DID however a list a "where are
our hundreds of items" on our movieposter account, and the winner of that
auction gets a set of our 29 full-color books, even if the auction goes for one
penny! you can go to that auction at:

Remember that, even though there will likely be many linenbacked posters
selling for under the cost of the linenbacking, YOU can't get those great deals
if you aren't bidding! AND YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE! If you place a bunch of
fairly low bids but only get one or two items, then you are sure to be happy,
for you will have gotten some really good deals. Even if you place a bunch of
bids and get nothing at all, you will only be out a little of your time, and no
more.

And remember that EVERY one of these posters will have a new home come Tuesday
night! NO waiting for a "bump to the reserve", but instead NO RESERVES AT ALL!
NO secret deals between the auction house and the consignors where they "buy
back" their own items, and NO bidding on items by the auction house (who
secretly owns many of the items they sell)! And after the sale, NO unpleasant
surprises, where you discover the image you saw (and bid on) was not of the
actual item, or enhanced, and NO undisclosed restoration that the auction house
"missed", and NO "over-graded" items whatsoever! Isn't this a great time for
YOU to declare YOUR independence from auction houses that use such methods?

Do you know about our Tuesday and Thursday Auction Galleries? One of the worst
kept "secrets" in the movie poster hobby is that it is FAR easier to look at
our items through our
<http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/currentauctions.php>Tuesday Auction
Gallery at http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/currentauctions.php and our
<http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/thursdayauctions.php>Thursday Auction
Gallery at http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/thursdayauctions.php.When you
look at our items on eBay, you do not see an image of the item until you open
the auction, which is very time consuming (we don't use their "gallery" image,
both because it is absurdly overpriced and because the gallery image is too
tiny to see any details). So instead, we have our own
<http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/currentauctions.php>Tuesday Auction
Gallery and our
<http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/thursdayauctions.php>Thursday Auction
Gallery, both of which have much larger images of each ite!
m, so that you can determine if an item interests you BEFORE you click on it,
thus making your surfing time far more productive. PLUS these galleries are
searchable by star, director, genre, year, or anything you want to search for!
Once you discover our galleries we would be amazed if you go back to looking at
our items directly on eBay.
The prices in our galleries update every 5 minutes, so the price under
each item can only be up to 5 minutes old. Generally, this is no big deal,
EXCEPT if you are looking at items as they are closing, then we recommend you
bid on the actual eBay page (which is easily accessed from our gallery pages).
But because so many of our bidders now use our gallery, on rare occasions
it has overwhelmed our server, and some of our bidders have not been able to
access it, especially right when the auctions are closing. Worse yet, an
outage in our server means that you can't see the images on our eBay auctions,
because our large and super-sized images are housed on the same server as our
<http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/currentauctions.php>Tuesday Auction
Gallery. SO WE HAVE ALSO CREATED <http://www.emovieposter.info>BACKUP "MIRROR"
VERSIONS OF OUR CURRENT AUCTION IMAGE GALLERIES. They are located at
<http://www.emovieposter.info>http://www.emovieposter.info and are available if
our main gallery is down, so the only time you want to use it is whenever you
CAN'T access our regular
<http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/currentauctions.php>Tuesday Auction
Gallery and our
<http://www.emovieposter.com/gallery/thursdayauctions.php>Thursday Auction
Gallery, OR when you can't view !
some or all of the images on our auctions (even if you can't see them on eBay,
you will be able to see them in our backup galleries). You will likely either
never need it, or only use it once, but if you are a regular bidder in our
auctions, it will be invaluable to you the day you DO need it, for you will be
able to see all of our large images, and use this "mirror" version of our
Current Auction Image Gallery, even though the main version is unavailable.
PLEASE ADD <http://www.emovieposter.info>http://www.emovieposter.info TO YOUR
FAVORITES/BOOKMARKS.

Good luck on whatever you may bid on!
