I can't understand why anyone in this day and age would use AOL. As for your problem with speaking to clerks in India, you should try booking an airlines flight these days ! so i decided to try another aol number hoping to get an american. i selected CANCEL ACCOUNT. i know that departments of companies that typically outsource have americans address subjects where money or REAL ISSUES are involved. boy was i right----i got UTAH.......... wow. someone that spoke understandable english. since i got into that area......i was told that AOL will reduce my monthly cost if i did not cancel. i didn't even have to explain my problem.......... the feature still doesnt work......
