I can't understand why anyone in this day and age would use AOL.  
 
As for your problem with speaking to clerks in India, you should try
booking an airlines flight these days !

i had a problem the other night with aol.  called AOL.  got a moron in
india that did not understand the AOL feature, and i did not understand
him.  i hung up, and redialed.  got another moron in india that did not
understand the feature, and, also, lacked the ability to speak
understandable english.  the thrid call was the same.

so i decided to try another aol number hoping to get an american.  i
selected CANCEL ACCOUNT.  i know that departments of companies that
typically outsource have americans address subjects where money or REAL
ISSUES are involved.  boy was i right----i got UTAH..........  wow.
someone that spoke understandable english.

since i got into that area......i was told that AOL will reduce my
monthly cost if i did not cancel.  i didn't even have to explain my
problem..........

the feature still doesnt work......

YOU GOT A PROBLEM?????   maybe you should threaten
cancel..................

this outsourcing must stop,,,,,,,,  it is still more cost effective not
to pay americans and lose AOL memberships.
