  There is nothing else to ever do with AOL BUT cancel it.  They will never 
change, they will never accept the fact that their service is the worst of all 
and people I know who stay on AOL will probably never be able to get an email 
from me again.
  That's the way it works with AOL.
   
  I hope you get this but I doubt you will.

YOU GOT A PROBLEM?????   maybe you should threaten cancel..................

this outsourcing must stop,,,,,,,,  it is still more cost effective not to pay 
americans and lose AOL memberships.
