Is this really the first time you got one of those? I find it hard to believe, since I get them all the time. The best one came from a customer (who lives in Kansas) who asked for a discount on a $35 card, which I reluctantly gave him and then he gave me some bogus excuse as to why he still couldn't pay me for it after 2 months, even though when I checked his Ebay purchases from other dealers, I noticed that he bought a slew of really expensive lobby cards priced over $300. I finally put him on my block bidder list and when he found out about this, he sent me the most vile e-mail in which every other word was an obscenity. That's the thanks you get! FRANC

Today I received one of the MOST ANNOYING E-MAILS in a long time. I can see a person asking for a discount on an expensive items (e.g. a few hundred dollar discount on a $3,000. poster) but I'm really surprised when people expect you to discount something that is over forty years old and is priced around $25! I guess I should start asking the local AMC to sell me a movie ticket for $6. instead of $10.50. Let's see how that goes over. Here's the question from the buyer: "Would you consider putting this item on sale for 20% off so that the total after shipping would be $32.55? If you are willing to do that, then I will go ahead and purchase this item. Please let me know. Thanks."
