it is wrong that ebay allows verified non-payers to leave retaliatory feedback. i sold a poster to a deadbeat 6-7 weeks ago. the bidder did not pay for about 11 items, based upon the various sellers exchanging emails. only 3 ebayers (including me) left bad feedback. this guy lied to me 3 times that "the check is in the mail".
