Ditto from MovieArt. If a buyer doesn't fulfill his contact to buy
on ebay, we do not let him or her bid again on any of our listings.
We had a deadbeat buyer earlier this year. I do not generally
leave negative feedback because ebay has it rigged so that deadbeats
can beat the system.
I appreciate MOPO members alerting us to these buyers. We investigate
each allegation, and if we can see that the buyer is clearly not
playing fairly,
we block them.

pay for about 11 items, based upon the various sellers exchanging
emails. only 3 ebayers (including me) left bad feedback. this
