Ira, Thanks for the posting about boycott. I actually did not load up one item during the targeted week and it was a highly conflicting decision to do so. Instead I concentrated on pursuing and following up on a couple of complicated and very difficult direct sales to clients of consigned items on a large scale as well as some local dealer direct sales post-Courts show last weekend. What proved something of a "distraction to the cause" is the posting by the seller in New York with his amazing titles like CASABLANCA, and ANGELS WITH DIRTY FACES. Those are coat tails anyone would want to grab onto as no doubt they are creating a stir and no doubt an increase in well heeled collectors that might scan to see what else available. Certainly seems some Mopo'ers have followed up posting some of their most premium materials available. However it pleases me to no end to report last week ended up being one of my largest single week tallies in the past two years. There is a lesson here somewhere but I would be fooling myself were it not for Ebay the possibility of pulling off two triangulated sales of overwhelming complexity would be dubious. Nevertheless, they happened and no final value fees, no paypal fees, are swooping into these sales and flying off with 10 percent of the gross, and that's a swell feeling.
