Actually, eBay's listings did not drop any noticeable amount. They rose
because of the 20 cent listing day, and when that ended they dropped to the
same level as before it, so the "boycott" had no effect on listings. But it
DID raise public awareness of just how crappy a company eBay is, so it DID
do some good.

The article quoted was written by someone who has no clue how eBay works,
and who did no research, a pretty typical reporter (no offense, David, for
if you had done the article, it would have been well researched and
accurate).
