With all this talk (and reality) of economic woes and dire warnings of
inflation and recession (some of which we are beginning to see everyday), I'm
curious whether this is impacting Sellers and more specifically, are you seeing
a drop in Buyers and Bidders? Any thoughts on this? Seems to have been
avoided as a topic and I'm sure people are talking about it off-list (or
certainly thinking about it).
