My January and February were stronger than last year, my March is looking to be
about the same. The main change has been a slight uptick in the number of UK
and other European buyers taking advantage of the lower US dollar. Overall,
it's more of a buyer's than a seller's market, especially at the low end. Where
it'll go next is another question...
