with ebay's new policy, consider this (a true story):
1.? winner pays upon receipt of invoice.? a very heavy item.?
2.? winner pays immediately with paypal.? seller ships immediately.
3.? seller writes:? i made a mistake with the shipping cost.? actual cost was
$28.00 more than billed.?? (seller stated a?low shipping fee in listing
expecting it to be sufficient)
under the old policy, winner would have feared bad feedback had he/she not paid
the additional postage.? now, seller cannot leave negative.
i wonder if the difference will ever be paid.....?
