I had lunch (shrimp Louis) with the wonderful British actor, the late
Anthony Quayle. He was a perfectly
charming gentleman. He had come to the University of Texas to give a
lecture in the College of Fine Arts.
The dean of the College of Fine Arts called my boss at KUT-FM and
asked if someone could take Mr.
Quayle to get something to eat. I was volunteered and I was more
than delighted. We had a great time,
he was very polite and very interesting. We discussed his work in
LAWRENCE OF ARABIA, but I remember
that we had the longest discussion about the shoot on THE FALL OF THE
ROMAN EMPIRE.

For me, it's pretty much a tie between Patrick Tupy and Glenn
