As seller (when it was possible): I did maybe twice out of 400+ transactions. Both times after a month or two or THREE of wrangling with a lying jackass.
As a buyer: Only twice, when a French seller LIED about what he was selling (conveniently cropping the photo to eliminate characteristics of the poster) and when a UK seller threw a valuable LC in an envelope, apparently hoping it would be destroyed on the way to the US.
