His funeral was held at Golders Green Crematorium (London), following such luminaries as Vivien Leigh, Rudyard Kipling, Henry James, Sigmund Freud, Peter Sellers, Conrad Veidt, HG Wells, Bram Stoker, Jack Hawkins & Bebe Daniels to name but a few.
