here's an interesting side note with regard to shipping USPS priority
and tracking. i recently mailed out 2 boxes (not poster related), in
flate rate priority boxes, for domestic delivery. at the post office,
the clerk behind the counter asked me if i wanted to purchase
tracking and insurance. i said yes to both.
when i was handed my receipts, my "tracking" info was nothing more
than "delivery confirmation" which show me nothing more than when my
packages had been delivered to the destination. when i asked the
clerk if this was the only tracking ability i could obtain,he said
yes. delivery confirmation, is, of course, NOT tracking -- there is
no way i can go onto the USPS website and follow or track a package's
progress across the country. USPS doesnt seem to offer this unless
something is sent registered.
at least ups and fedex include tracking numbers whenever something is
shipped with them.

USPS Priority would be your best bet as it is the cheapest method
that can be tracked, which would be needed if there was some PayPal
issue. You might like to offer First Class International for
repeat buyers that you trust as it is a lot cheaper, and
perversely, seems to arrive quicker than Priority mail.
I would hate for you to not offer international shipping. I bought
a very nice Edward G Robinson insert from you about a year ago and
that was a very pleasant transaction.
