Howdy y'all,
The only way that I ship internationally is USPS global express.
It is the costliest USPS service, but it is the only method that I am aware
that will allow online delivery verification, which will cover the proverbial
heinie should there be a delivery issue where Paypal is concerned.
Of course, there are other carriers, but I have found the cost is greater than
USPS global express.
BTW ... global priority and global express are 2 different services.
