Yes, that one is a reissue. The original is full colour and quite rare.

  The experts in Oz would certainly be able to confirm, but I think this is a 
re-release daybill - NRC censorship rating was only used after 1971 - 
http://australianscreen.com.au/chronology/1970s/ . I seem to remember there is 
a full-colour original release. There are a few daybills where rating gives 
away a re-release on otherwise very similar posters - Butch Cassidy and 
Sundance Kid is common example.
  The G rating on your War of the Worlds auction would also imply it is 1970s 
re-release or later.
