Were you thinking this could possibly be first release from the 1930s? If
so, know that 99.9% of 1930s Belgians were the larger "pre-war" size
(roughly 23 x 33), so when you see a "small" Belgian, think post-WWII
(during WWII, they were small, and included some really funky sizes,
including ones printed on the backs of pieces of maps or old posters).
