This is a guess but two things tell me it's from the 60s. The
Universal "font" looks like a font they were using around 1965-66.
The fact that there's a Universal-International logo on the poster
indicates when it still had the "International" part which I believe
ended sometime in the mid-60s. Let me know what you hear from other

Bruce had it listed as 1960's but someone has told me they believe
it is from the 1970's.
