it's a stupid complaint I know but they should be able to handle it
in some way with just one phone call to his local police station

To be more specific, there is this eBay member I blocked from
bidding on my auctions, because he kept me waiting for three months

Ever since, each time I have anything up for auction, I wake up
every morning to abusive, insulting emails from this person.
I was hoping that by reporting the situation to eBay, it will make
him stop, but there is no way to report abusive messages, unless
they threaten your life.
Any ideas ?
