Lumi, just delete them without reading them. Eventually he'll get tired of sending you emails. Whatever you do, though, do NOT respond to him in any way. That will just encourage him to email you more.
If he's sending them directly to your personal email address (as opposed to your eBay message account), you can block him so they don't even get into your inbox.
