a very cool and kind man... great contributor to fandom and the entire
hsitory of Sci Fi..
my son and I met him at the Monster bash in the 90s he was wearing the
ring and cape
of Lagosi... he was like a Big kid..
It was a honor to meet him..
I rememeber as a kid watchng the Monster films getting some Monster
trading cards and seeing famous monsters on the store shelf,,, along
with aurora model kits,, this was just cool stuff..
I still have famous monster mags for slae that are unread and came from
the aucti whenwarren publications sold out...
in the 80s???
tthe pulp paper of famous monsters has a distinct smell that reminds me
of the 60s and 70s along with the
gumcards.. that pulp was special.
