The tip-off here is the MGM logo. MGM bought the international rights to re-distribute this from Paramount in 1958, and they did international one-sheets and three-sheets in that year with a similar image which also pictured Hitchcock.
So I would say this is likely from 1958. Of course, the seller SHOULD have identified it as a re-release.
