Methinks not.
First off, i am sure that the other ballots are kept secure until the
time that the envelope is opened and read... HOWEVER..i was emailing
with one mopo'er one on one... and an interesting point was raised.
How is it that SO many of Ledger's family was there to accept an
award he that he could have lost? was it just simply such an
overwhelming assumption by them that his entire family would fly all
this way, to los angeles, only to have been members in the audience,
and kept seats warm?
Something seems a little off here. Or, would this have been an
exception, in that they were told prior to the show, so they could
get here? If that is the case---then that truly is a slap to the
other nominees who were legitimately kept in the dark, until the
winning name was read.
