Yes I remember in pre-internet days, Stephen Fishler/Metropolis Collectibles
used to run a permanent ad in Movie Collector's World, offering substantial
cash for the big-name one sheets such as Frankenstein, Dracula, Wizard of Oz,
Old Dark House, Gun For Hire, etc etc and of course Metropolis. Presumably
this would draw offers of other major titles as well, but I often used to
wonder how much success he had at unearthing copies of the ones he specified.

guess a Metropolis US one sheet has never turned up anyway, unless I missed it?
